After a slow start for new items in 2024, Trader Joe's is back at it again, making our hearts beat a little faster when we walk into our favorite grocery store. This month, the neighborhood grocer has a slew of new products to counter any winter doldrums, including lots of cute groceries you'll love for Valentine's Day. Read on for the 20 newest products to hit TJ's shelves.
1. Peanut Butter Flavored Baking Chips
These baking chips will only be available for a limited time, so grab a bag while you can. Reviewers who have found the new chips are excited, with one Redditor saying "I will not bake with these…I will only guzzle them down." In addition to being a great snack, we're also excited to mix them in with chocolate chips for a fun new chocolate chip cookie variation. We're also considering melting them down for drizzling on desserts (brownies and ice cream sundaes come to mind) or using to make a fun variation on chocolate-dipped strawberries. 2. Jersey Gouda
Another limited-time buy, this one is great to keep in mind for your next cheese board. Made from the milk of Jersey cows, Trader Joe's says this one is "aged for four to five months to give it a full body, creamy mouthfeel, and well-ripened, savory flavor." Pair it with fruit or slice it and add it to your next grilled cheese.

3. Egg Salad
This fan favorite is back with a new label—and a new recipe. For $4.99, you get a 10-ounce tub of cage-free, hard-boiled eggs, which are chopped and mixed with mayo, Dijon, diced celery and green onions. Trader Joe's suggests pairing it with toasted slices of French Brioche and adding Little Gem Lettuce to complete your lunch.

4. Aglio Olio Seasoning
This garlicky seasoning (aglio e olio is Italian for “garlic and oil”) is perfect for adding to olive oil for dipping, mixing into hummus or seasoning chicken or steak. It's a mix of garlic, salt, hot peppers and parsley and a jar will only set you back $2.49. After seeing a photo of the seasoning on a TJ's fan account, one Instagrammer already has some ideas: "I'm thinking atop of pizzas. Shrimp dishes too. Even mixed with butter and slathered on bread like garlic bread."

5. Thai Peanut Satay Sauce
About a year ago, Trader Joe's discontinued their popular Thai Peanut Dressing, much to Redditors' dismay. However, this reincarnation may scratch the itch. Made with lemongrass, shallot, garlic, galangal and tamarind paste, Trader Joe's recommends adding a bit of rice vinegar and whisking in order to recreate the dearly departed dressing. 6. Chicken, Lentil and Caramelized Onion Pilaf
Reviewers are going crazy for this new freezer item that's one of the first Persian offerings from TJ's. The saffron rice is mixed with chicken, dates and golden raisins, making it a perfect freezer-to-table weeknight dinner. "I had it last night and it’s good!! 7. Heart Shaped Macarons
This popular seasonal item is back on the shelves for Valentine's Day in two flavors per box: vanilla strawberry and raspberry. "Regretted buying only one pack as soon as I tried them. This salty-sweet treat has just landed in the freezer case and people are scrambling to try these two-bite coconut custardy treasures. One Redditor was instantly sold. 12. Ricotta Cuoricini Ravioli
The perfect dinner for when you want that Barbie feeling with an Elle Woods-edge, look no further than TJ's heart-shaped ravioli, which is back for the winter season. Filled with ricotta and Parmesan with a balsamic reduction inside, Redditors say these need to cook for a bit longer than the package says (and at a simmer to prevent them from falling apart), but overall are a decent quick meal for when you're feeling fancy but short on time. The jury's still out on whether or not this is the same vegan pepperoni that's used on the store's Meatless Meat Eater's Pizza, but this new product will be dropping at stores soon and will make your veggie pizza nights that much more delicious. Commenters on Instagram are excited about the February launch saying "Yaaaay!!! I hope they’re good! I haven’t found any I fully love yet."
