Vivian Howard Is All About Eggs in the Next ‘A Chef’s Life’

Eggs are kind of like an unsung hero of an ingredient,” Vivian Howard tells us in the above preview for Sunday’s episode of the PBS show A Chef’s Life. This installment follows the North Carolina chef’s preparations for a dinner at New York City’s James Beard House.

Howard and her helpers are clearly in a tizzy—”we’re taking almost half our stuff to New York,” a slightly weary Howard tells the camera—although we’re left wondering what, exactly, she’ll cook.

Will it be deviled eggs? A knockout frittata? A twist on huevos rancheros? Guess we’ll have to tune in on Sunday to find out. Hop over to PBS for your local listings.
