Vivian Howard Tackles the Veggie Burger on 'A Chef's Life'

The adventures of chef Vivian Howard continue October 19th with the next installment of ”A Chef’s Life,” the PBS series that tracks the joys and the difficulties of running restaurants in Kinston, North Carolina. In this episode, Howard sets out to make a great veggie burger in a place not so accustomed to a burger that’s meat-free. Her main ingredient? The humble butterbean.
