Rihanna embraced the sheer shoe trend and logomania over the weekend while stepping into a pair of Gucci’s mesh GG Slingback ballet flats in Los Angeles. The Italian-made designer shoes are inspired by the brand’s ’90s and early-’00s archive and feature their emblematic interlocking GG logo in crystals with a squared-off pointed-toe.

Rihanna has been a fan of flats lately. At the Mumbai Airport on March 1, after her debut Indian performance at a billionaire’s wedding, she wore another pair of bold ballet flats: black leather Mary Jane-style ones from Alaïa.
