A judge has granted Allison Mack‘s request to spend more time outside of her home while she’s out on bail. The Smallville actress is awaiting trial for her role in an alleged sex cult within the self-help group, Nxivm.

Mack’s lawyers stated the actress needed the extra time to “purchase groceries, supplies and other necessities,” which was approved by Brooklyn federal court judge Nicholas Garaufis. She will get three additional hours a week to run errands; however, the actress will have to provide receipts of her purchases, according to Fox News.

In August, Judge Garaufis granted Mack’s request for modifications to her bail conditions so the actress can leave the house to go to work, school, and religious services once a week. The former CW star was arrested in April and is out on $5 million bond. She is under house arrest with GPS monitoring at her parents’ home in Northern California.

Mack has been accused of being a slave “master” in a secret women-branding sorority within Nxivm called DOS (short for a Latin phrase that roughly translates as “Master Over Slave Women”). She has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, conspiracy to commit forced labor, and racketeering conspiracy charges. A trial is set to begin next year.

If convicted, Mack faces 15 years to life in prison. Jury selection has been scheduled for Jan. 7, 2019.
