Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are totally dating. The music match made their millions of fans speculate over whether or not them dressing alike for an outing was just a coincidence or if a casual arm over the shoulder at a concert was a friend zone move or a comfortable dating pose. But when you hold a lady’s hand to guide her through a sea of paparazzi stalking you guys outside of a Los Angeles club, that’s not being protective from the flashing lights, that’s a public confirmation of a budding relationship.
Out at Hollywood hotspot Troubadour catching the singer’s new besties the Haim sisters perform, the pair pulled a twin act yet again. First it was gray shirts and dark bottoms, and now it’s head-to-toe black, she in a lace long-sleeve top and black boots, he in a leather jacket and dark denim.
The 1989 artist, who cultivated a public persona for being serial dater following a string of relationships with heartthrobs including Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, and more, hasn’t been linked with a significant other for quite some time and instead stacked up a slew of BFFs. Luckily, her lyrics, which have previously focused on bad boyfriends, didn’t suffer in her latest works, instead emphasizing on independence and girl power. Harris, on the other hand, who has dated fellow Brits Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding, is a different story. To me, his beats all sound the same no matter what kind of mood he’s in. But with Swift by his side, maybe we can hope for a sing in the shower type love ballad.
