According to Lindsay Lohan, the best medicine for chikungunya is Calvin Klein. The 28-year-old, who recently contracted the virus on vacation in Bora Bora (it’s transmitted by mosquitoes), posted a selfie of herself looking in a mirror over the weekend. She’s wearing a cropped turtleneck and a thong, and she captioned the photo: ”#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya hehe.”

The Mean Girls actress using a photo shoot as therapy isn’t the most shocking thing about this Instagram post, however. Instead, we’re mesmerized by the poor retouching on Lohan’s butt and waist. ”That is quite possibly the worst Photoshop I have ever seen,” one user commented. Another wrote: ”Poor editing skills, unless you can now buy curved shampoo bottles?”

While everyone uses digital manipulation in someway when sharing images — filters count! — celebrities tend to get called out on a larger scale for their very obvious mess ups. John Mayer recently changed a photo so much that he looked like a mannequin; Tara Reid has been accused time and time again for altering bikini pics; Beyoncé has been the subject of Internet hate for falsely creating a thigh gap; and selfie queen Kim Kardashian is no stranger to the treatment.

That doesn’t make it OK of course. Every time someone does it they perpetuate another impossible standard. But don’t blame Lindsay. Chikungunya does give you a fever. And if you’re fighting a viral disease, you’ll do anything to make it better.
