Kate Moss & Cara Delevingne Have So Much in Common They’re Basically the Same Person

If it wasn’t already clear that Cara Delevingne is the second coming of Kate Moss, Mango’s new Fall/Winter 2015 ads make it crystal.

The Spanish retailer paired the Brits together in a ‘70s themed shoot, wearing fringe capes, paisley blouses, wide-legged jumpsuits, suede jackets, skinny scarves, and more. The associated hashtag is, obviously, #somethingincommon, and throughout the video Moss and Delevingne are basically indistinguishable as some camera tricks seamlessly morph one into the other. Fashion photography duo Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin shot the campaign.

“Inez & Vinoodh have captured the energy of the shoot perfectly,” 41-year-old Moss said. “Cara and I always have fun together and you really can see that in this campaign.” As for Delevingne, she called having Moss as her partner in crime ideal. “We are a lethal combination. I admire her personally and professionally, she represents a true fashion icon. It is a privilege to learn and to share this experience with her. The shoot has been epic, it’s always fun when Miss Moss is around.” The it-Brits worked together on Burberry’s fragrance campaign last season, posing in the nude.

While there were rumors that Moss was mad at the young Paper Towns star for breaking her contract with modeling agency Storm Models in order to further pursue her acting career, it seems the rumblings were just that. Feast your eyes on Delevingne’s campaigns this season though, as they could be her last.

At least she’ll go out with a legend.
