How To Wear Summer Stripes Like the Stars at Cannes
From the Cannes Film Festival to a casual outing, there are a million ways to wear stripes. Juliette Lewis went yachting in the south of France in a chic black and white blazer with matching wide-leg trousers. Sienna Miller, meanwhile, hit the Croisette in a contrasting two-piece by Carven. 1. The Classic Nautical

A nautical top should be in every woman’s wardrobe. It’s a seasonless piece that can be worn easily under a winter parka as it could with wide-leg culottes. With the warmer months ahead, wearing a pair of on-trend culottes is the perfect way to stay cool while looking sophisticated. White is always fun for the season, but also feel free to experiment darker colors like blue and black as well. This top can literally go with anything.

2. The Wide-Leg Trouser

The pants are roomy and comfortable, but if you’re feeling daring pair it with a crop top. Heels always elongate the leg in this instance, but if you choose flat make sure that your pants are tailored to fit. No reason to have them dragging on the dance party on the beach!

Want to wear stripes in a business setting? This mix and match pattern a la Sienna Miller is the way to go. Opt for a blouse on the top and a fitted pencil skirt on the bottom.
