Bella Hadid Had a Major Wardrobe Malfunction in a Leather Dress
The rule of thumb for going out without your underwear is not to bend over. Apparently, Bella Hadid forgot this important rule.
The model had a wardrobe malfunction in a black leather wrap dress on Feb. 20. Luckily, it was in the privacy of her own car. However, that didn’t stop paparazzi from catching a glimpse of her goodies.
After leaving the LOVE and Burberry London Fashion Week party, Hadid hopped into a taxi and made the mistake of leaning over in her loosely wrapped dress. With a low V-neck, the dress could not have been worn with a bra, but it would have come in handy for when she bent over. Instead, one of her breasts fell out.
Luckily, she had already left the star-studded event (which was also attended by her model pals Kendall Jenner and Stella Maxwell), and was in a car when it happened. And she didn’t even seem to realize it.
Until then, the alternative LBD clung to her body perfectly. The Dianara Mini Dress by Misha (which fellow Victoria’s Secret angel Jourdan Dunn wore down the NYFW runway) features long sleeves and built-in shoulder pads, and costs $1,730. Hadid created a Goth look, with over-the-knee black leather heeled boots; a choker with an oversize cross dangling from it; and her dark hair down and stick straight, sleekly parted on the side.
She was seen laughing and goofing around at the event with her friends, including Jenner, who wore a crocheted hoodie.
This is not the first time that the younger Hadid sister has worn such a risky getup. Remember Cannes in 2016, when she wore a dangerously revealing red Alexandre Vauthier gown that swathed her in a wisp of silky red satin — making sure to cover only the most necessary bits? Wind and a hip-high slit put her at risk of revealing too much, too many times. But that dress had a built-in bodysuit, unlike the leather number she wore last night.
But if Hadid has the same views about nipples as her pal Jenner, the boob-flash probably didn’t bother her.
