WATCH: Hillsborough County K-9 finds suspect hiding behind hidden door
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A K-9 with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office helped locate a suspect who was hiding behind a hidden door.
The video shows deputies roaming around the Seffner home, located in the 2700 block of North Valrico Road, at around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Officials were searching for the suspect, identified as 38-year-old Christopher Stringfield.
K-9 Mick was able to locate his scent and lead the unit to a hidden door, where Stringfield was found hiding behind in one of the rooms.
Stringfield was arrested for resisting an officer without violence, according to court records.
“This arrest is a testament to the effective teamwork between our deputies and K9 unit,” Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “No hiding spot will go undetected when our K9s are on the case. I am proud of our entire team for bringing this criminal to justice.”
