The alleged crimes stem back to May 2023, when investigators said Urbina abused and neglected a child who was only a few months old at the time. The indictment states that Urbina’s actions resulted in “serious bodily injury to the child.”

After a few months searching for her whereabouts, police said Urbina surrendered herself on Monday, April 29. Jail records show she was given a $300,000 bond, but is being held in jail to be sent to ICE.
