Vehicle catches fire near McDonalds: Mobile Fire Rescue
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A vehicle caught fire at the Springdale Boulevard McDonald’s restaurant Thursday night, according to a news release from the Mobile Fire Rescue Department.

The release said MFRD units were dispatched to McDonald’s around 9:30 p.m. for a report of a vehicle fire threatening a structure.

When crews arrived they found a parked car that was “fully involved” and in close proximity to the building. Firefighters were able to put the fire out before it spread to the building, according to the release.
No one was injured in the incident.
