VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — An emergency water main repair closed a section of Virginia Beach Boulevard Wednesday morning.

The closure impacts the inside westbound lane of Virginia Beach Boulevard between Rose Marie and Southgate Avenue.

A spokesperson for the city of Virginia Beach said repairs are expected to be complete by 9 p.m. weather permitting.
