Tractor-trailer crash closes one lane of Interstate 77 near the Strasburg exit

STRASBURG ‒ The right lane of the northbound lane of Interstate 77 just south of the Strasburg exit remains blocked Tuesday afternoon due to a serious crash, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.

The crash involves a semi tractor-trailer. Troopers are no longer on the scene.

A second crash on the interstate occurred near the Schneiders Crossing interchange at Dover, closing both northbound lanes. That crash happened after the Strasburg one. The highway has reopened at Schneiders Crossing.

The patrol did not release any further information on the crash today.
