According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, Terry R. Satterly was originally sentenced to complete a program at the Bradford County Treatment Court but failed to complete it and was resentenced to a minimum of a year and two months and a maximum of two years and six months in jail, followed by a year and six months of probation.

He completed the jail sentence, but failed to complete the probationary sentence that followed, so he was again resentenced to his current sentence that will be served at the correctional institution.
