Suspects in Old Navy theft caught during Ulta theft

MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— Police said two people seen stealing from a Pocono Township Old Navy were caught attempting another theft at a Bartonsville Ulta.

Just after 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Pocono Township Police say they were called for a reported theft at the Old Navy Store at the Crossings Premium Outlets.

Investigators spoke with a store manager who said three women left the store without paying for about $750 worth of items. The manager provided police with photos of those involved so they would be able to identify them.

The Stroud Regional Police Department then reportedly told the Pocono Township Police Department they had found the same group of women committing another theft at the Bartonsville Ulta.

Pocono Township police responded to the Ulta and confirmed they were the suspects in the Old Navy theft.

Two of the women have been identified as 35-year-old Shadia Brockman, from Waterbury Connecticut, and 39-year-old Sabrina Harris, from Yonkers New York.

Brockman and Harris were charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy retail theft for their reported involvement in the Old Navy retail theft. Both were also charged with one count of retail theft by the Stroud Area Regional Police Department.

Authorities did not identify the third person allegedly involved in the retail thefts.
