Starbucks introduces new viral item, but you might need a passport to get it

Starbucks is always coming up with new viral items, and they've done it again.

The coffee shop has partnered with Kakao Friends for "My Buddy Series," which includes new tumblers, keychains, stickers and a pen set.

This year's items, which include a laptop stand that can hook up to a notebook, are available for sale through April 10.

But if you're in the United States and you want one, you'll first need to get a plane ticket and a passport.

The items are only available in Starbucks Korea.

According to the company, "Starbucks Korea is excited to make the 'My Buddy' series products more accessible to customers. In addition to the Starbucks app online store, the items will be available for purchase in Starbucks stores nationwide, expanding the options for customers to get their hands on these limited-edition treasures. Don't miss out on the chance to bring home your favorite 'Ryan & Choonsik' merchandise!"

The featured item of the new releases is the 'My Buddy Ryan Laptop Stand', "designed to attach to the back of a laptop with adjustable height in two levels. This practical accessory enhances the usability and convenience of your everyday digital devices. Additionally, the 'My Buddy Choonsik & Ryan Multi Cable Pouch' provides a stylish solution for storing laptop chargers, wireless earphones, and portable batteries, ensuring you stay organized on the go."
