“Squad” Rep. Jamaal Bowman called Israel an “apartheid” state as he angrily claimed reported rapes and child murders during Hamas’ October terror attacks were a “lie,” recently resurfaced video shows.

The liberal Empire State Democrat is now walking back his caught-on-video claims of Israel “propaganda” — as one Jewish leader blasted the congressman for “representing Hamas” rather than New Yorkers.

“There was propaganda used at the beginning of the siege,” Bowman is heard in the clip, shouting to a crowd during a rally in White Plains on Nov. 17.

“There’s still no evidence of beheaded babies or raped women but they still keep using the lie,” Bowman said, according to the video posted to TikTok and first reported by Politico.

The embattled Bowman — who’s facing a serious challenge from within his party due in part to a lack of perceived support for Israel — continually refers to the US ally as an “apartheid” state in the video.

Bowman, who’s closely aligned with democratic socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), is being challenged by Westchester County Executive George Latimer in the 16th Congressional District, which includes parts of Westchester and the northern Bronx.

Republican candidate Chris Wright is also running for the seat in the overwhelmingly Democratic district.

The video is only the latest incident that has gotten the representative.

“Bowman has revealed his true colors to us. He represents Hamas in the Gaza district,” said Rabbi Joseph Potasnik, executive vice president of the New York Board of Rabbis.

“He should change his party affiliation and run on the Hamas party line,” he added.

Republicans also pounced over the fiery video.

“Extreme House Democrats `believe all women’ until the finger is pointed at Hamas,” cracked National Repubilcan Congressional Committee spokesman Will Reinert.

“Extreme House Democrats remain so blinded by their Antisemitism and their love of Hamas they will not only ignore horrific crimes committed against Israeli women, but will actively seek to discredit their trauma.”

Bowman did an about-face Tuesday following published reports about the video.

“As I said at this rally, what Hamas did on Oct. 7 is a war crime and they must release all the hostages,” he said in a statement. “The UN confirmed that Hamas committed rape and sexual violence, a reprehensible fact that I condemn entirely.

“I also voted yes on Resolution 966, which officially condemns the rape and sexual violence committed by Hamas. So let me be clear, and ensure my words are not twisted: I always stand against sexual violence in all forms and stand for peace for all.”

During his eight-minute speech seen in the video, Bowman called the Hamas Oct. 7 attacks against Israel “horrific” war crimes — though he also accused Israel of war crimes.

“To cut off food is a war crime. To cut off water is a crime. To not allow energy to go into hospitals is a war crime,” Bowman said, the video showed.

The comments are the latest by the congressman that have fired up critics and fueled the momentum of his opponent Latimer’s campaign, as the challenger runs as a pro-Israel candidate.

Bowman once argued that a mural of Minister Louis Farrakhan should remain in a New York City suburb, prompting outrage from Jewish activists because Farrakhan infamously made disparaging comments about Jews, including calling them the “the synagogue of Satan” and “termites.”

The representative, 47, was a Bronx middle school principal before toppling former long-time Rep. Eliot Engel in 2020.

While a school administrator, he kept a blog that entertained conspiracy theories that the World Trade Center building No. 7 was destroyed in a controlled demolition and not by the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

He has been dogged by other controversies, too — including pleading guilty to pulling a fire alarm in a Capitol office building last year in a move that disrupted a House of Representatives vote.

He also defended putting convicted cop killer and fugitive Joanne Chesimard in the  Bronx Cornerstone Academy for Social Action’s “hall of honor” when he was principal.
