Two 15-year-olds, Milana Reeves and Eric Hopkins, were killed in the crash. Another six passengers — counting the one identified today — included a 13-year old, a 14-year old, two 15-year-olds and two 17-year-olds. As of Monday, Lt. Andrew Siebenborn said their conditions range from serious to critical but stable, but that the number of fatalities from the crash is not expected to increase.

Police said Tuesday morning that it could be several weeks before investigators fully reconstruct the crash, interview all witnesses and release details such as who was driving the vehicle, although it has been confirmed that excessive speed was likely a factor.

The driver of the vehicle at the time of the crash has not been identified.

The Minnehaha County State's Attorney's office could also potentially press charges depending on the results of the investigation.
