Shed, garage burn in Delhi Township Saturday

DELHI TWP., Mich. (WLNS) — Multiple fire departments responded to a shed and garage on fire in Delhi Township Saturday afternoon.

Delhi Township Fire Dept. officials told 6 News they responded to the 4300 block of Willesdon Avenue at around 4:30 p.m. The fire started in a shed and then spread to a garage.

Lansing Fire Department was also on the scene.

Officials said they had extinguished the fire in about 30 minutes and that there were no injuries. The firefighters are still working to eliminate hot spots at the scene.

They said they don’t yet know the cause of the fire. It is still under investigation.
