According to the documents, detectives spoke with several witnesses and collected security camera footage.

Detectives learned the male victim was seated, waiting to eat when a large group of men entered the restaurant. The records say the group allegedly surrounded and confronted the victim when a fight started.

After the fight, camera footage shows the group leaving the restaurant. Once outside, one of the men starts pacing outside the front window. A few moments later, shots were fired toward the restaurant causing the window to shatter and hitting a woman inside. The suspect then fled the scene in a dark-colored Nissan sedan.
