Road closure planned in Greenbrier County for Dandelion Festival activities

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (WVNS) — Part of a road in Greenbrier County will be closed on May 25, 2024 for the Dandelion Festival.

Seatbelt checkpoint to be held in McDowell County

According to the White Sulphur Springs Police Department, from 2:00 p.m. to around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, Main Street in the White Sulphur Springs area of Greenbrier County will be closed from the Big Draft intersection to the Mountain Avenue intersection.

Main Street will be closed for activities for the Dandelion Festival, and those traveling through the area are advised to keep an eye out and follow detour signs and plan for delays in the downtown area.
