Inspector Notes: Observed coffee pots in clean dish area to be unwashed and have remaining coffee in them. Observed several TCS items (blue cheese and sliced cheese) in reach-in cooler to be held above 41F. Observed bolognaise sauce in walk-in cooler to be held above 41F.

Inspector Notes: Observed a bowl stored in the bar handwashing sink upon beginning of inspection. Observed main kitchen handwashing sink to not have paper towels or soap near sink. Observed half and half and provolone cheese stored in upright beverage cooler near bar not maintaining 41F or below. Unit is not capable of maintaining proper cold holding temperature of 41F or below. Observed no "employees shall wash hands" signage in women's restroom. Observed multiple broken floor tiles within kitchen. Observed crumbling tiles in kitchen. Observed multiple light bulbs in ventilation hoods to be non-functional. Observed glass lightbulb to have a metal protective shielding that would not protect food from broken light bulb contamination. Observed two ceiling lights in main kitchen to not turn on. The light within the kitchen was not adequately produce by the functioning light bulbs.
