R&B singer Jhene Aiko announces tour with two Northern California shows

(FOX40.COM) — R&B singer Jhene Aiko will perform in Northern California in her first headlining tour in five years.

The six-time Grammy nominee will perform at the Golden 1 Center for “The Magic Hour Tour” on Aug. 6. The downtown Sacramento venue is one of 26 arenas the singer will perform at nationwide.

The tour marks the singer’s return to Sacramento since performing at the Sol Blume Festival in May 2022.

Sacramento is one of two Californian cities booked on the tour with the other concert taking place at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Aug. 5.

Coi Leray, Tink, UMI, and Kiana Lede are listed as the tour’s supporting acts including at the Sacramento stop.

The nationwide tour will begin in Detroit on June 19 and conclude in Columbus, Ohio on Aug. 22.

Tickets go on sale March 29 at 10 a.m. Fans get can early access to tickets through presales beginning on March 27 at noon and will run through 10 p.m. on March 28.

Before embarking on her tour, Jhene Aiko will perform at the popular Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Southern California on April 14 and April 21.
