QC man first in world for breakthrough implant

Peripheral arterial disease is a condition that develops when narrowed arteries reduce blood flow to the arms or legs, affecting up to 12 million people in the U.S.

Our Quad Cities News reporter Victoria Frazier introduces us to a Quad-City man who was the first in the world to receive a new implantable device to help treat the condition, and it happened here in the QCA.
