Police rescue cat clinging to car door in Dubai flooding
STORY: The video released by the Government of Dubai Media Office showed the cat clinging to a car door that was partly submerged in the flooding. One rescuer was seen separating the cat from the car door and placing it into the boat.
Authorities and communities across the United Arab Emirates started clearing debris on Wednesday after heavy rain subsided late on Tuesday (April 16), damaging homes and businesses and killing at least one person.
