Phoenix morning show TV anchor sells new $6M Scottsdale home

Good Morning Arizona 3TV anchor Scott Pasmore sold a north Scottsdale estate on four acres for almost $6 million. He was among the buyers and sellers of the priciest home sales to close during the beginning of May.

An LLC named after the address of the property bought a new 7,337-square-foot Paradise Valley home. The house with five bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms has marble countertops, a butler’s pantry, an office with a private entrance, an exercise room, a marble fireplace and an outdoor kitchen. BJAN Family Enterprises, led by Lewis “Buzz” Ghiz, who owns Paramount Pool & Spa Systems, sold it.

Terrence Larsan of Nevada paid cash for an 8,251-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The home comes with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms and has soaring ceilings, retractable glass walls, an office, a home theater and a casita. The Nylen 2007 Family Trust was the seller.

Greg and Tracey Hemstreet paid cash for a 6,717-square-foot new home with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms in north Scottsdale. He owns Hemstreet Development. The house, situated on 3.5 acres, comes with retractable walls of glass, a 12-car garage, a kitchen with two dishwashers and a built-in coffee bar, and the great room has a cantina bar. Outside, there’s an oversized pool, two showers, a kitchen and a bocce court. Michael Purtill and John Deakin sold it.

John and Susan Rieble paid cash for a 4,750-square-foot home in the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborhood. The home has five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms. Barbara and Thomas Ennis were the sellers. Thomas was an executive with Amplify Snack Brands, which makes Skinny Pop Popcorn.

AZTV Properties LLC of St. Louis bought a 7,845-square-foot new north Scottsdale mansion. The home, with five bedrooms and five ½ bathrooms, is located on four acres. It has a custom glass front door, a custom steel and wood staircase, a glass-enclosed wine room, a waterfall kitchen island, a primary suite with a washer and dryer and another primary suite with a fireplace and balcony. Scott Pasmore, an anchor on Good Morning Arizona on 3TV, was the seller. Scott Grigg, owner of Grigg’s Group Powered By The Altman Brothers, had the listing.
