NYC mayor says authorities have identified nonstudents fueling conflict between pro-Palestinian protesters and police at universities

At a press conference on Tuesday, New York City Mayor Eric Adams answered questions from reporters about arrests of pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University last week and at New York University on Monday. Adams said authorities had identified people who weren't students at the schools stoking confrontations between the protesters and police.
