Dunkin' fans in Chillicothe, rejoice!

A new location is on its way to 701 N. 4th St. in Chillicothe. The space was formerly home to Lucky Dog's Pub & Eatery, which closed after a final day on Feb. 2.

Currently, the closest Dunkin' location is situated over 11 miles away at 8209 N. Knoxville Ave. in Peoria. The second closest storefront is over 13.5 miles away at 3810 N. Prospect Road, Peoria.

Chillicothe Donuts Property LLC purchased the property from Dennis and Sandy Luckett for $300,000, according to recent real estate transactions.
