Multiple displaced after three townhomes catch fire on West Shore

EAST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — Crews were on the scene of a large fire in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County on Thursday morning.

The fire, located on the 800 block of Charlotte Way, affected three townhouses after breaking out around 5:50 a.m.

According to the East Pennsboro Township Fire Chief Erik Owen, six adults and two children live in the homes and the fire caused $200,000 to $300,000 in damage.

No injuries were reported and a cause is under investigation.
