MTG on Biden: “If I had it my way, we would’ve been successful in our objection on January 6.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told her Georgia constituents that she wishes “our objection on January 6” had been “successful” so Joe Biden wouldn’t even currently be in the White House while addressing her role in the House Republicans’ ongoing impeachment inquiry into the president.

“I also serve on the Oversight Committee, everyone, and we have been leading the investigation into the impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden,” the far-right GOP congresswoman told the crowd at a town hall in Tunnel Hill, Georgia, on Monday, April 8.

“You all know how I feel,” she said to them. “If I had it my way, we would have impeached him a long time ago.”

“Actually, if I had it my way, we would have been successful in our objection on January 6 and he wouldn’t even be president,” Greene added, which prompted applause from the audience.

“I’m getting better though,” the second-term representative remarked. “We’ll get there.”
