Monroe County sheriff’s deputies seek missing 17-year-old
MONROE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Monroe County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a missing 17-year-old last seen on April 21, according to a news release from The AWARE Foundation.

Jayda Hammonds was last seen Sunday in the Burnt Corn, Ala., area. She was reportedly wearing a blue shirt and red sweatpants.
The release said she may be heading to an unknown location in Texas.
Her phone was last “pinged,” or spotted, at 2 a.m. on April 22 in the Moss Point, Miss. area, according to the release.
