Man missing for several days last seen in North Lawndale

CHICAGO — A search is underway on Monday afternoon for a man who police say has been missing for several days.

According to Chicago police, 31-year-old Sharondo Small was last seen around 2:30 p.m. on Friday and has not been heard from since.

Officers say Small was last seen in the 3300 block of West Roosevelt Road, in the city’s North Lawndale neighborhood, wearing a red Chicago Bulls hat, a blue jean Jacket, and gray pants with gray and white gym shoes.

The missing man, who stands 6 feet tall and weighs around 140 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.

In a photo provided by Chicago police, Small can be seen with a shaved head and a mustache, however, it is unclear if he had either at the time of his disappearance.

Officers say Small, is also known to have a tattoo on his upper arm that says “Marquita Rowell.”

Police notified the public about Small’s disappearance in a news release on Monday.
