On March 24, officers say they responded to a 7419 Doncaster Lane regarding a fight call. Neighbors say that Muhammad was assaulting a woman and drug her down the sidewalk.

When police arrived, they saw Muhammad and a woman on the sidewalk. That is when the female victim ran toward them for help.

The victim stated that she came to Muhammad’s house to get her belongings but he started to curse at her.

According to reports, he then grabbed her by her hair and hit her in the face as she stood on the sidewalk outside his house.

The victim was able to run from Muhammad’s house to a neighbor’s porch two houses down as he chased her.

Muhammad caught up to the victim, grabbed her by her hair, pushed her down, and dragged her to the house next door against her will, police say. He then began to strangle her until she lost consciousness and blacked out.

The victim said when she woke up, Muhammad was hitting her in the face as she begged him to stop.

Police say part of the incident was caught on the neighbor’s exterior camera, supporting the facts of the assault.

The victim received bruising on both sides of her neck and a black eye, reports state.
