According to an affidavit, the ex claimed Lindsey broke out the front window of his home and punched him in the side of the head. Lindsey then allegedly tried to stab his ex with a screwdriver.

Investigators said that prior the fire, Lindsey sent his ex multiple text messages stating that he was going to burn down the mobile home with his ex inside, as well as the mobile home next door.

A witness on the scene also claimed to have seen a man jump into the neighbor’s trailer through the window around 9-10 a.m., but he was unable to identify the suspect as Lindsey.
