Anthony: What signs should I look for if I think I’m stressed?
Erin: Stress can show up in lots of ways, but if you’re finding it hard to sleep or you’re holding tension in your body, you might be stressed.
Anthony: How bad is stress for you, actually?
Erin: It’s not all bad! When it’s good, it helps you build resilience and pushes you to get things done. But too much can wreak havoc on your health.
