Madison Local Schools to hold kindergarten registration April 2-30
Kindergarten registration for Madison Local Schools will be held April 2-30. Children are eligible to attend kindergarten during the 2024-25 school year if they are 5 years of age on or before Aug. 1.
The first step in the registration process is to complete the online registration through FinalForms at mlsd.net. Those without internet access should schedule an appointment with the child's assigned building to complete the online forms. Registration will not open until April 1. Current Madison South preschool students moving into kindergarten will need to log into their Final Forms account and complete the 2024-25 forms.
Once completed, the required documents should be dropped off to the elementary school in the neighborhood in which you reside between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The district will be closed April 8. Parents or guardians should also bring the following to their appointments: student birth certificate; parent or guardian driver’s license; custody papers; parent or guardian proof of residency, and the child's immunization records.
