Severe weather risk continues in Oklahoma Saturday evening as major tornado threat fizzles
Although a line of severe storms formed Saturday afternoon and moved through Oklahoma, few tornadoes were able to form; those that did caused little damage.
One tornado spotted in northwestern Oklahoma near Mutual tore down trees and caused damage to several structures. There were no reports of injuries.
The risk of damaging weather remains Saturday evening. Stay tuned to live weather broadcasts if storms approach your area.

Lightning suspends OSU softball
The matchup between Oklahoma State and Arizona was suspended Saturday in Stillwater.
Oklahoman Deputy Sports Editor Jacob Unruh reported that lightning alarms sounded during the fifth inning of the second game.

Tornado warnings in northern Oklahoma expire
The National Weather Service has allowed three tornado warnings near Fairview in northwestern Oklahoma to expire. The only remaining tornado warning is for a storm along the Red River west of Marietta.

NWS also posted that although trends are improving, the threat of severe weather remains in central and western Oklahoma.

Tornado spotted near Mutual, Oklahoma
A storm tracker with News 9 has spotted a tornado near Mutual in northwestern Oklahoma.
The National Weather Service issued three tornado warnings for the storm, which is heading east from Mutual and Seiling.

Tornado watch for most of Oklahoma
Severe thunderstorms have crossed into Oklahoma from Texas. Most of Oklahoma remains under a tornado watch until 11 p.m.

Organizers of the Paseo Arts Festival announced on Facebook that the event will be closing at 5 p.m. Saturday. The festival will return from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Monday.
