Disabled tractor-trailer on Route 608 in Bedford County now cleared

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — VDOT reports the tractor-trailer on Route 608 in Bedford County has been cleared.

Vehicle fire delaying traffic on US-11 in Botetourt County

All lanes of traffic are now reopened.

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — VDOT is reporting that traffic is now being detoured while they continue to clear the disabled tractor-trailer on Route 608 near Feldspar Road in Bedford County.

A detour has been set up for Northbound traffic onto Radford Church Road (Route 654), then onto Hendricks Store Road (Route 655).

Southbound traffic is being directed onto Old Moneta Road (Route 903), then onto Moneta Road (VA-122), and then onto Hendricks Store Road (Route 655).

All north and southbound lanes are closed. Drivers can expect delays until further notice.
