Kristen Kaza shares how extraordinary moms are bringing LGBTQ+ and allies together
Kristen Kaza is a new mom of twins, and she says that it has been a wild ride. She survived heart failure while delivering her twins, but she said that they all fought to stay alive and they’re all doing well now. After going through that experience, she shares that having a support system is everything and something special about the LGBTQ+ community is that it is all about chosen family. Kristen has an event coming up in Chicago on June 2 which is a part of the Chicago House Music Festival taking place in Millennium Park. The event is called the Queer Fam Pride Jam and it aims to unite queer families through the power of music and dance.
