Jackson Township trustees to hold hearing over rezoning request off Dressler Road NW

ACTION: Set a public hearing for a rezoning request.

DISCUSSION: Set 5 p.m. April 23 for a public hearing on a request to rezone 9.52 acres on the southeast corner of Dressler Road NW and Montgomery Street NW from suburban office & limited business district to residential planned development.

The request is being made by Partner Land Company, LLC for IRAR Trust FBO Steven Williamson (property owner).

OTHER ACTION:

  • Seated Koby Gonzalez as the new fiscal officer replacing Randy Gonzalez, who retired in late March.

  • Approved exterior stucco repair on Fire Station #2 at a cost of $12,450 with Roricks Inc. as the contractor.

  • Approved the replacement of the driveway and sidewalk for Fire Station #5 at a cost of $60,250, B&K Concrete Construction Inc.

  • Amended the farmers market regulations to include for the open times to be 3 to 6 p.m. beginning July 11 through Sept. 20.
