Kitty Draper had her backstory revealed on Hollyoaks as she began to wrestle with the prospect of leaving the village.

Kitty has harboured the secret ever since, even going as far as taking the role of the dead woman’s job as a trainee nurse, but recent scenes have seen the character spiral after she spotted Declan Hawthorne.
