More Democrats voted at Cape Cod polls on Super Tuesday than Republicans, according to unofficial results reported Wednesday by 15 town clerks.

Just one town − Bourne − reported more Republican ballots cast.

Though President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump got the majority of Barnstable County's votes on their respective ballots, Nikki Haley edged out Trump in Eastham and Provincetown. Haley suspended her presidential campaign on Wednesday.

For Democrat voters, Dean Phillips and Marianne Williamson came in far behind the votes the president garnered.

Voter turnout on Cape Cod hovered between 31% and 39%, according to figures given by town clerks in Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Falmouth, Orleans and Sandwich.

Here's a closer look at the Republican and Democrat voting breakdown for Cape Cod, as well as how many votes Trump, Biden and Haley received.
