All lanes are blocked on I-520 West at Mike Padgett Highway due to a brush fire.

The Georgia Department of Transportation said to avoid travel in that direction and use alternate routes, according to a media release.

The call came in at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday, according to GDOT. The estimated end time is 4:30 p.m.
