"I feel blessed to be able to work with Javier after observing the work he has done in other school districts," DuBois said. "I was particularly impressed with the strategies he used working with principals to turn around seven struggling schools in the South Bend school district. His targeted use of school and student data within their professional learning communities yielded very good results."

The district added in the press release that with a solid foundation in teaching and a focus on instructional leadership through Professional Learning and Data Teams, Jimenez is well-prepared to support principals and teaching teams for the academic growth and success of students in Goshen.
