APPOMATTOX COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Animal Warden for Appomattox County is asking for the public’s help to learn who left four puppies in a bag at a construction site on April 22.

We’re told the puppies were discovered inside a dumpster on Liberty Chapel Road inside a dog food bag. Animal Control says the tiny puppies look like they are about a day old.
