Fire Engulfs Building Under Construction in Brazilian Coastal Town

A fire consumed a building under construction in the neighborhood of Torre, in Recife, on Thursday, March 28.

Daniela Alves de Souza, who lives nearby, filmed the building on fire from her balcony.

“Our teams, including the Civil Defense, work to support the firefighters to block access to the streets and areas close to the site,” Recife Mayor Joao Campos said.
