Aaron Taylor-Johnson Is Bored of Being Asked About Bond

The role of James Bond hasn't yet been offered to Aaron Taylor-Johnson, but the world certainly won't let it go.

The rumor mill began churning last month until a report from E! News threw a blanket over the flames when a source revealed to the publication that he's not yet been asked to step into those infamous 007 shoes.

A month later, people are still asking the question, as recently as last night, when Aaron Taylor-Johnson was pressed for information during a red-carpet interview.

Attending the premiere of his new film The Fall Guy, a representative for AP Entertainment asked the actor, "Do you get sick of being asked about Bond?"

Taylor-Johnson opted for a deep sigh, shaking his head, taking a moment before responding with, "You sick of asking the question?"

He seemed amused, laughing it off.

The reporter responded with, "I want to know. So no."

The exchange ended there, with Taylor-Johnson walking off, telling the reporter to "have a good one".

People have been wondering who will follow in the footsteps of the likes of Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery and Daniel Craig since No Time to Die hit theaters in 2021.

There has been no confirmation of anyone taking over the role, but speculation has been running rife. Taylor-Johnson is not the only victim of the rumors. Other names floating around include Henry Cavill, Theo James, Idris Elba and Regé-Jean Page.

Nonetheless, it all remains speculation. But Pierce Brosnan said recently he approves Aaron-Taylor Johnson.
