Water issue fixed, court hearings to resume at 1:30 p.m.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A plumbing issue at the downtown courthouse has been fixed and hearings will resume at 1:30 p.m., court officials said.

The courthouse at 1415 Truxtun Ave. was shut most of the morning due to no water, officials said. The facility reopened around 11:30 a.m.

Signatures turned in to Delano City Hall to put rent control measure on the ballot

Misdemeanor arraignments were moved to Division G at 1215 Truxtun Ave.
